Natalya Neidhart Lost 25 Lbs With a Different Nutrition Approach

“I’ve lost 25 pounds in the last year-and-a-half.” The WWE wrestler Natalya Neidhart revealed her weight-loss transformation in 2024.

Let’s unpack what she did differently.

Neidhart began wrestling at 18 and has kept a fit physique since. Speaking to BarBend, she said: “I would get up and work out, and do cardio on an empty stomach, and eat 1,200 calories a day, and k*** myself, struggling and fighting.”

With the help of a new nutritional approach, she had cut 25 pounds. Neidhart revealed that she started a food journal in her iCloud notes and keeps a record of everything she eats each day. 

Along with this, she also restricted herself from eating anything after 8 pm. She also said, “If I need something after a match, I’ll have a protein shake, or some cottage cheese, or a Greek yogurt.”

This approach of tracking every consumed item and avoiding late-night eating is the true reason behind her transformation. However, she consumes healthy, nutritious food and takes her daily supplements. 

She said, “I feel like all these vitamins and supplements help me so much. They keep bones and ligaments strong.”

Her supplement stack includes:

  • Protein powder
  • BCAAs
  • Multivitamin
  • Creatine
  • Calcium
  • Vitamin D
  • Magnesium

Apart from diet and supplements, Nattie’s intense workout and proper recovery also play a vital role in transformation. 

Natalya Neidhart’s training and recovery approach 

The WWE Divas Championship requires an intense training regimen to stay physically fit in such a demanding sport. Her typical workout includes:

  • Weight training
  • Cardio
  • Compound movements (for leg strengthening)

While describing her workout to BarBend, she said: “I was basically working out every day like a dog.”

She actively posts videos of her training and practice sessions on her Instagram account. On May 20, Neidhart posted a video, captioning it “dialed in. @thedungeon2.0    5.19.26 ft. my good friend @kai.price23.” In the video, she was seen intensely practicing

Along with training, she also believes in a good recovery method. A perfect recovery routine helps the performer stay consistent with training; otherwise, pain and cramps are normal after training. Her recovery routine includes:

  • Massage therapist
  • Renal specialist
  • Active-release therapist
  • Hyperbaric chamber

She said, “Now when I spend big money, it’s on recovery and self-care.”

This perfect concoction of a nutritious diet, a daily dose of supplements, intense training, and recovery helped Nattie lose weight.
