Nicole Scherzinger Shares Gritty Workout, Admits: “Wanted to Quit”

In a new Instagram video, Nicole Scherzinger shared a look at her gritty training session. The video offered fans a glimpse into the mindset that pushes her forward, even when she wants to stop.
Even in her 40s, Scherzinger continues to test her limits. Nicole follows an intense training routine that sometimes becomes a challenge to complete.
The vocalist recently shared a video on her Instagram titled “Wanted to quit halfway through. Finished anyway. THAT’S THE GRIND!!”
Although she wanted to stop, she went through it, and she even asked her fans a question, “What keeps you motivated??”
“This is representative of what this year’s going to look like, you gotta put the work into it,” Nicole Scherzinger said, early in the video while showing off her chalked fingers. Then the montage commenced, showing which exercises she included.

This is far from the first time she has posted a workout video on social media; she often drops workout reels. At the end of February, she posted a video showing her doing some freehand and stretching exercises to improve her flexibility.
