Coach Hany Rambod's protege, Julian Fitzgerald, might just be the next big thing in the bodybuilding world. Fitzgerald has been preparing for his NPC debut and has announced an official date.

NPC stands for the National Physique Committee. It’s the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States. It’s the official amateur division of the IFBB Pro League. In other words, it’s the main pathway to becoming a pro bodybuilder.

The 19-year-old has certainly been receiving a lot of attention as he strives to achieve the best possible physique naturally.

In the comments, Fitzgerald was asked when his first show would be. He then shared a video of himself posing under Rambod's tutelage. He would be competing at the NPC Texas State Naturals competition from Nov. 6-7.

Growing up, the bodybuilder had an athletic background. His father was a 6-foot-7 collegiate football player. At a young age, the bodybuilder himself became a standout in football, wrestling, soccer, and fencing.

He has been living his dreams as a natural bodybuilder while attending Hampton University. He is currently finishing up a five-year program to earn his Master's in Business.

Fitzgerald is certainly not afraid to dream big. He previously talked about breaking Chris Bumstead's record of being the youngest Classic Physique Olympia champion.

But while the long-term goals may be sky-high, Fitzgerald’s journey isn’t just about future Olympia dreams. It’s already taking shape in real time.

The 19-year-old has certainly been receiving a lot of attention.

Fitzgerald is continuing to work out and build naturally and plans to keep it that way. He has talked about how he might do “something minimal” when he is 22 or 23 years old.

However, even then, he is going to keep it natural. “I don’t plan on hopping any PEDs anytime soon. I plan on staying natural. I’ve stayed natural my entire life. And I’m trusting Hany to help me bring the most out of my physique that I can."

"We both agreed that I have a lot more to bring out. I’m excited to see what I can bring out naturally.”

Now, all eyes shift to November, because talking big is one thing, but stepping on the NPC stage is where Fitzgerald’s natural promise truly gets tested.
