When we asked The Phenom how he approaches nutrition as a growing athlete with demands of professional MMA at just 19 years old, he told Bodybuilding Bros:
"I approach my nutrition the same way I approach my training. I am very disciplined, and I focus on improving my body in any way I can. I take a lot of supplements to strengthen, recover, and support the intense training that I do, and I always make sure I'm getting the proper nutrition to fuel my body."

Lee also mentioned that he doesn't indulge in cheat meals during fight camp; he overeats his calories if he feels the need for it. To maintain discipline in his regimen, he makes sure not eat unhealthy food during camp.
Since hydration and electrolyte intake are an essential part of any athlete's routine, Adrian also ensures his body is hydrated, especially during camps.
"I always make sure I drink 1 -2 gallons of water a day, and I take many hydration and electrolyte supplements throughout the day to refuel all the water I lose from training."
