To make the training more interesting and less boring, Oleksandr Usyk used to add some fun elements to it, such as:
On April 20, he posted a video showing Usyk practicing on a double-ended bag. He captioned the video “Mixing dance with punches😏🥊.” The cat was seen fully enjoying the moment, fully vibing to the song, and even punching the ball.

This is not all. On April 24, he was seen juggling balls. He titled the video, “Training… even when I’m juggling😏Each ball weighs 1 kg!”
He has recently been enjoying the training, including his session on May 3. During that session, he, along with the trainer, moved their bodies forward while sitting on the ground, performing a seated rotational core-twisting movement and a floor hip mobility drill.
So, this perfect balance of intense training and some fun activity prepares him for the match against Verhoeven.
