Olivia Dunne Shows off Gymnastics Strength in Beach Workout

MLB star Paul Skenes’s girlfriend and former gymnast, Olivia Dunne, recently captured her fans' attention after a TikTok post that featured her workout on a beach. 

According to Sports Illustrated, in her latest TikTok video, posted on March 11, 'Livvy' performed cartwheels and handstands at the beach's foreshore.  She captioned it “I’m gonna be sore tmr.”

She sported an emerald green attire for her beach workout session and performed several movements, such as:

  • Side scale / Arabesque
  • Split balance
  • Handstand split balance
  • Acrobatic airborne artistry 
  • Stretch balance/presentation pose

The poses showed her flexibility, balance, control, strength, and explosive power even on an uneven surface like sand.

Her athletic movements in the post bring back memories for her fans, as Dunne’s TikTok content became popular during the COVID-19 pandemic when she posted gymnastics videos. Although she is retired from professional gymnastics, she hasn’t stopped practising it.

In the meantime, her recent post took fans to her first brand feature as an SI Swimsuit model in 2023 in Puerto Rico, where Dunne’s photos were captured by Ben Watts on the Caribbean island. After that, she featured in Portugal in 2024.

And the third time, she got a chance to land on the cover of the annual magazine in 2025 in Bermuda. On all three occasions, the former member of the LSU Tigers women's gymnastics team was snapped by Watts. 

Livvy is currently shooting for the “Baywatch” reboot, and she shared some photos on Instagram, captioned “I’m not a lifeguard, but I play one on TV 🛟,” on March 14. 

Her fitness comes not only from gymnastics but also from a well-structured workout routine, including her intense leg day workouts.

Olivia Dunne’s leg day workout routine 

According to AOL, the 23-year-old Olivia Dunne revealed her leg workout on TikTok on February 12. She said she has been living and “walking around a fractured kneecap,” so she incorporates strength-training movements into her leg day workouts to prevent surgery.

She was seen performing exercises like:

  • Dumbbell lunges  (10 reps each leg)
  • Single-leg RDLs (5 reps each leg)
  • Curtsy squats (5 reps each leg)
  • Sumo squats (5 reps)
  • Lunging back leg hovers (15 seconds each leg)

Livvy’s knee rehab workout showed his determination to stay fit and healthy; it also helps her to maintain a toned physique.
