Polish President Karol Nawrocki Bench-Presses 330 Lbs With MMA Legend

A new video shows Polish official Karol Nawrocki bench-pressing an impressive 330 pounds. His spotter was Mariusz Pudzianowski, the five-time World's Strongest Man. This isn't the first time the former boxer has shown off his strength.
The president of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, is a former boxer and football hooligan.
On April 8, Visegrád24 shared a video on its Instagram captioning “Poland’s new conservative president Karol Nawrocki bench pressed 150 kg (330 lbs) during a meeting with the five-time World’s Strongest Man winner Mariusz Pudzianowski.”
In the video, Nawrocki was seen doing a bench press, and Strongman was seen instructing him.
In the meantime, MMA fighter and World’s Strongest Man, Pudzianowski, shared a carousel of pictures on his Instagram on April 6 with the caption, “Good morning everyone! 🤝 A few days ago, I had the opportunity to train with the President of Poland. And I have to admit - he's got a good character!”
The post continues, “Even though the agreement was not to 'press' to the max, he did not let go, and 150 kg on the bench broke! 💪 For someone whose hobby is boxing, this is a really good result. Respect!”
In the photos, both of them are flexing their biceps and talking to each other.
Apart from that, Nawrocki also shared this proud moment on his Instagram, captioning it “training with the world's strongest man 💪.” But he is not the only politician who is associated with sports.
The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, practices judo and martial arts, and former U.S. President Barack Obama has been seen showcasing his basketball skills. Apparently, there is no shortage of athletes who switch to politics.
Former boxer from Ukraine, Vitali Klitschko, who is serving as the mayor of Kyiv, and ex-footballer from Manchester, Mikheil Kavelashvili, is serving as the president of Georgia. And most importantly, the legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger has also served as the governor of California.
Regular physical activity makes a person energetic and promotes longevity. So whether you're a president or an ordinary person, everyone must include exercise regularly.
This is not the first time that Poland's president has been seen indulging in physical activity.

He was further seen doing heavy bench presses in the gym. Nawrocki won the 2001 Polish Junior Cup in the heavyweight category. Between 2000 and 2004, he also represented the RKS Stoczniowiec boxing team.
Apart from playing the sport, he also supports sports players. On March 27, Nawrocki shared a post on his Instagram captioning, “And we keep the game on! Well done Poland.” The photos were taken at the PGE Narodowy stadium in Warsaw when Team Poland won the qualification playoff semi-final against Albania.
The president’s focus on exercise demonstrates his dedication to fitness, longevity, and a healthy lifestyle.
