While speaking with HELLO! the Founder of MADE Wellness Centre and fitness expert, Penny Weston, revealed, “CrossFit tests strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness in a dynamic and unpredictable way,” which helps Kate build strength, improve her overall health, and help her stay in shape.

Apart from hitting the gym, running is also a crucial part of Middleton’s workout routine. She has liked running since her school days, particularly cross-country. Running helps her build stamina and maintain heart health.
According to The Daily Mail, she is also a fan of yoga and cycling. Regular yoga practice helps her maintain flexibility and builds focus. Outdoor activities like simple walking are a consistent part of her fitness routine. It helps in keeping the body moving under any pressure.
