Winning Olympia is one thing, and defending your title is another, and Ramon Dino is making sure the title remains with him. The reigning champion is putting in the work before the final stretch of preparation.

His grind and dedication recently showed up in a fresh Instagram post, shared on July 14, around 10 and a half weeks before he steps on to defend his title.

The Instagram post was shared by André Carlos Pierin, captioned: "Posing warm-up for the guest pose."

The Instagram clip gave us a glimpse of his shredded back. Back development is one of the major things he is working on this year.

Previously, Head judge Steve Weinberger has pointed to back development as the deciding factor in whether Dino can hold onto the crown this year.

And the champion is indeed taking it seriously! Dino claimed gold at the 2023 Arnold Classic and, in 2024, lost his title to Wesley Vissers.

After Dino placed 4th in the 2024 Mr. Olympia, he decided to take an offseason hiatus to reset. The break did pay off, as Chris Bumstead left the title vacant after retiring; Dino went up against Mike Sommerfield and Terrence Ruffin and grabbed the victory once again in 2025.

This title defense is surely not the end of his Olympia career; Dino plans to stay and compete for five more years before he moves to Men's Open.

Although trying to make his back take the spotlight, Ramon Dino's arms are something he doesn't need to work on much, it seems.

A YouTube video posted on 22nd June by Dino measured his forearms at 17 inches, per Fitness Volt,

Big arms have been a signature in Dino's physique for years. His arms have given him enough structure to make his double biceps, lat spread, and side triceps poses an edge over many on the Classic physique stage.

With Mike Sommerfield's comeback after winning against Wesley Vissers at the Arnold Classic UK, the edge Dino has because of his arms matters a lot.
