Rich Gaspari admits to changing his workout variations with reverse lunges as netizens react

In a recent Instagram post on May 26, Gaspari shared a clip of himself from the gym, hitting reverse lunges on the squat machine. Highlighting his willingness to play around and experiment with his workout routine, Gaspari wrote:
"Always like to change up my workout with different variations of an exercise. Here I'm doing a Reverse lunge with a Super squat machine. Really great feel hitting my glutes."
