Roman Reigns Worked Out at Raiders’ Training Facility Ahead of WrestleMania 42

Roman Reigns utilized the Las Vegas Raiders' training facility to prepare for his championship victory at WrestleMania 42. The Tribal Chief credited the world-class hospitality for his peak readiness before defeating CM Punk at Allegiant Stadium.

Before winning the title, the WWE superstar was seen working out at the Raiders' training facility in Las Vegas. Let’s take a look at his final workout that sealed his victory on night 2 of the event. 

On April 20, the Raiders dropped a carousel of videos and photos on its Instagram handle. The post reads “Main event day for The Tribal Chief ☝🏽” In the video, The Tribal Chief was seen saying, “The fact that the Raiders opened this up for us, it's such a blessing to have all this in one.”

The superstar thanked the Raiders organization and said, “And it's nice to have a world-class facility to host us and give us that hospitality. So thank you so much to the Raiders.” Along with this, in the photos, he was seen doing training before WrestleMania 42, which included:

  • Dumbbell bicep curl
  • Cable chest fly
  • Resistance band face pull
  • Bench press with dumbbells
  • Single-arm overhead ball hold
  • Cable triceps pushdown
  • One-arm dumbbell row

In fact, on April 17, WWE shared a video on its YouTube channel of Reigns visiting the Las Vegas Raiders’ training facility. Apart from the exercise mentioned above, the actor was seen performing:

  • Leg stretching
  • Dumbbell lateral raise  
  • Dumbbell front raise

In the video, the actor from Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw revealed his go-to cardio moves, which are: 

  • Steady state walking
  • Outdoor bike riding

His workout helps build strength, improve overall conditioning, and enhance the endurance and agility required in sports like WWE.

However, along with training, a healthy diet also plays a critical role in sustaining the winning mindset.

Roman Reigns’s Diet 

In the same video shared by WWE, Roman Reigns revealed that he follows a well-balanced diet that includes a lot of protein, carbs, and fiber.

He also talked about some of the food items he regularly keeps in his refrigerator:

  • A lot of Vegetables
  • Chicken 
  • Beef

On April 18, “menshealthmag” also posted a caption reading “So what exactly does @romanreigns eat after a @wwe main event?” In the video, the wrestler revealed his post-match meal, aka cheat meal, which includes:

  • IN-N-OUT Burger
  • Pizza

This perfect combination of workouts and a healthy diet helped him build strength and stamina, which ultimately paved the way for him to become the World Heavyweight Champion.
