To achieve big things, Ronnie Coleman had to get bigger, and that cost big money, too! And in a reel recently making some rounds on social media uploaded by Ronnie Coleman just two days ago, is a reminder of how great physiques are built almost entirely in the kitchen.

The eight-time Mr. Olympia shared his monthly food spending, which came to around $10,000 during his offseason bulk.

Coleman ate what most people would throw up even thinking of. He was eating 10-12 ounces of food per meal, including steak, chicken, and turkey, six times a day.

But according to his newly met nutritionist, he wasn't eating enough! The nutritionist had a brutal take on his diet and told him to add four to five ounces per meal.

The moment he went from 10-16 ounces, it worked like magic, and the gains followed. "That's when I started putting on time," he said.

The road for his dreams to come true had never been easy for Coleman. He was working a full-time job while trying to build a career in professional bodybuilding. He mentioned that he even got up in the middle of the night to eat and then went back to sleep.

Coleman's $10,000 food tab and his midnight meals were not just for show; they revealed how he stood apart from the rest.

Ronnie Coleman recently turned 62, which is a reminder that if you are willing to go on, nothing can be a hindrance. After 13 surgeries and a life defined on crutches, no one has seen him complaining; what is seen out of him is only gratitude.

And at 62, Coleman is celebrating his birthday in Fort Worth, Texas, for the annual Ronnie Coleman Classic, the NPC amateur bodybuilding competition that bears his name, born out of the legendary Metroflex Gym where he trained and now one of the longest-running shows in the state.

At this age, Coleman is still looking forward to things he worked so hard to build. This is a reminder of what perseverance can lead to. He is the reason someone in a room decides they're not done yet.
