Ronnie Coleman, the 8-time Mr. Olympia winner, again proved to everyone what it means to be “built different”.

The bodybuilding legend has now entered the world of music, bringing his energy and mindset to the creative lane.

Sharing an update with the bodybuilding world and his fans on February 9, 2026, on Instagram, The King announced, “YEAH BUDDY…. I just dropped the first music video to my workout album Ronnie Coleman Built Different on my YouTube Channel! 🎵 Built Different - Because I Love It”.

"Built Different" is his debut album, which contains 14 tracks. All songs are inspired by catchphrases, stories from Coleman’s career, and defining moments.

Tracks like Free Membership, Good Old Chicken, and 800 For 2 reflect Ronnie’s motivation, which helped him become a legend. “Because I Love it” is the lead song, the 1st single of the album, and features its own music video.

Built Different is available on platforms like iTunes and Spotify, and its 50-minute length makes it a perfect workout soundtrack.

Besides taking gym motivation to a new level through his music video, the 61-year-old bodybuilding legend has also proved he is built differently, with his workouts after surgery.

At 61, Ronnie Coleman is proving why he is the King

In his prime, Coleman was in the spotlight because of his physique and workouts. However, after 13 surgeries and a life-threatening sepsis hospitalization, very few thought that he could again show his power.

But proving all the naysayers wrong, the legend started his workout with light weights just a few days after leaving the hospital.

His last workout video, posted on Instagram, was on February 3, 2026, featuring seated chest presses.

The video was captioned with, “YEAH BUDDY, it’s International Chest Day here at the @originalmetroflexgym! Feeling stronger every day now that I’m back training 4–6 times a week!”

This only proved that Coleman has always lived his life as a king, and he is still doing what he loves most.
