One of the biggest motivations to win comes from having a support system that believes in you, and Ryan Terry seems to have that system, regardless of the 4x Men's Physique Olympia winner Jeremy Buendia's doubts.

Following Buendia's comments about Terry during an Olympia TV interview, Fouad Abiad came out in support of the three-time Men's Physique Olympia champion with a realistic take on his prowess.

Abiad said, "Anybody is beatable, but it's who stands the best chance of winning and whose track record is the best. And in that regard, Ryan Terry's track record over the last couple of years has been in crazy condition. And it does seem that out of all the men's physique guys at the top, he does seem the most complete."

Abiad's comments might make many wonder how exactly Buendia doubted Terry's prowess. Well, in his recent Olympia TV interview, Buendia lauded Terry as a competitor and a person. But he refused to label him "unbeatable."

Instead, he said, "I do think he is beatable... He's proven so [much in] the last three years, and I'm very proud of him for that. But I don't think he has an unbeatable physique."

Well, nobody knows how things will play out when Terry and Buendia meet on the stage. But, Abiad has backed the former on multiple occasions to date.

Fouad Abiad doesn't care about who he's going against when it comes to supporting Ryan Terry. As in the aforementioned instance, the 47-year-old also came to Terry's defence earlier this year.

On the Men's Physique Show podcast last year, Ali Bilal claimed that he had a good shot at winning the Men's Physique title in 2026 if Ryan didn't come fully prepared.

He said, "I don't think Ryan can improve a lot more. For me, I'm going to be 100%, and if Ryan misses, you know? That's it. So, he has to be like 100%."

Nevertheless, Abiad came to Ryan's defense and said, "I just don't think Ali can overcome Ryan until Ryan starts to fade. And I don't think Ryan will fade before he gets five(titles)."
