Seattle Seahawks Star Puts TikToker Through Brutal NFL Training Day Ahead of Super Bowl LX

Ahead of Super Bowl LX, one of the Seattle Seahawks' defensive ends put a TikTok influencer through a challenging training day to test his speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
After stepping into the challenge, the TikTok star, Vinnie Hacker, realised this was not going to be an ordinary training, as it included heavy lifting and speed drills.
So let's see how the Seahawks' DeMarcus Lawrence put him to the test.
Bench Press
Vinnie Hacker’s training with DeMarcus Lawrence began with a gym session in which he performed bench presses. He warmed up with 5 reps of 45-pound plates on each side. After that, the Seahawks member lifted up to 225 pounds, which is the standard at the NFL Combine.

In fact, DeMarcus himself lifted this much weight for 20 reps. Hacker tried his best, but he struggled with maintaining the form of the exercise and managed to complete only 3 and one-quarter. As a result, he failed to complete the first challenge.
Reflex sticks (Round 1)
After that gym session, the training has been shifted to a ground for the reflex sticks drill. Here, the goal was to catch 3 falling sticks before they hit the field. DeMarcus Lawrence explained to him, “If you fail to catch 3 sticks, you will get a pie to the face.”
In this training, Hacker showed good focus and balance, and he successfully caught all three sticks. In fact, when more were thrown at him, he caught them too and completed this mission.
Reflex sticks (Round 2)
To increase the difficulty level, Lawrence asked Hacker to wear “dizzy” goggles, which blurred his vision. After wearing them, he failed to catch the sticks, and even one time hit his head on the last drop. He failed this challenge and had to digest a pie from DeMarcus.
40-Yard coffee dash
Then came the new challenge: the 40-Yard coffee dash, which checks the individual's speed. Before each sprint, the TikTok star drank coffee for an extra boost of energy. Although his first run was slow at 6.21 seconds, he managed to improve to 4.88 seconds on the second attempt, coming close to DeMarcus's record of 4.80 seconds.
While in the third attempt, he slipped to 4.90 seconds. But the sad part was that he failed the task, and as a punishment, he completed the 40 pushups
Hail-Mary throwdown
The next task was the Hail Mary throw. The influencer has to throw a football from 49 yards into a small net. To make things more interesting, both of them tried to complete the task. But none of them made a pass at 40 yards, so they moved to 35 yards, and then finally to 25 yards, where Hacker scored the point and completed his task. If he failed to do so, he had to do 100 burpees as punishment.
Hawk dash relay
Last but not least, he tried the Hawk dash relay. It includes cone runs in a zig-zag pattern, bag shuffles, ball throw followed by a tire flip, a sprint, and a ball catch. After that, Hacker must complete some hurdles before reaching the End Zone. He managed to complete the task in one minute, and DeMarcus said, “That’s what you call a winner.”
In the end, the influencer completed 3 out of 6 highly physical challenges. He finished the day by jumping into the lake, made a Seahawks call, and earned a jersey from DeMarcus, proving his dedication.
So, do you think you will be able to complete the challenge?
