Seth Rollins on How Bicep and Tricep Workouts Are Helping Him Recover From WWE Injury

Seth Rollins sustained a gruesome shoulder injury at Crown Jewel 2025, which cut his World Heavyweight Championship reign short, but a specific bicep and tricep workout is helping him regain his vitality.
'The Architect' appeared on the January 21 episode of the Strong Talk podcast, where Ebenezer Samuel asked how he tackled the muscle loss after the injury.
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion mentioned, "Like for me, once I started being able to do some bicep and tricep work with the BFR (Blood flow restriction), like that really helped. So being able to do that, and once I felt the contraction in those muscles were starting to get better, that [the volume of his biceps] started to come back pretty quick."

Subsequently, Dr. Pat Davidson explained how BFR has been helping with healing for a long time. He stated that the technique requires working out with "light weights," which, in a way, prompts the brain to release growth-promoting hormones that support recovery.
Well, after hearing so much about Rollins' recovery, lots of WWE fans will be wondering when they can expect him back in action.
When is Seth Rollins' returning to the WWE?
Neither Rollins nor the WWE authorities have been able to come up with a specific date or timeline for Rollins' return to the ring. 'The Architect' discussed his comeback during the podcast appearance, but he could only "hope" to return by "Wrestlemania."
Rollins said, "Don’t know the answer to that yet [the date of his return]. You know, the timeline for shoulder surgery and repair is four to six months or so... As long as there are no setbacks, I hope to be cleared by the time WrestleMania rolls around in April."
Rollins is 12 weeks into his recovery, and he said his mobility is much better now than before. So, do you think he will appear at the WWE's flagship event, WrestleMania, in 2026?
