Sharon Stone continues to turn heads across Hollywood with her ‘femme fatale’ physique at 67. The Basic Instinct icon credits relentless discipline, carrying that same dedication into her fitness routine.

“All you have to do is move,” says the 67-year-old about her workouts. With a toned frame and confident aura, what’s the real secret behind her timeless form? Let’s have a look.

Consistency, Ankle Cuffs, Yoga, and More

Sharon Stone is not someone who believes in a fixed time for workouts. According to her, you just have to move to keep your body fit, “You have to move your body, and add a little bit of resistance.” During shoots, she finds time in her packed schedule to “throw down and do some kickbacks” for a few minutes.

When she is not on the run, her workout routine includes a solid mix of yoga, full-body stretches, Pilates, dance, strength training, and even water-resistance leg lifts. She even trains while sitting in front of a laptop, saying, “I have little arm strap-on weight bracelets too, and I put them on while I’m on my computer or at my desk and just leave them on all day.”

Through her social media, Stone can be seen wearing ankle cuffs throughout the day, whether aqua jogging, doing water aerobics, or simply swimming, as the weighted cuffs remain part of her routine.

Lastly, the Suzanne Somers ThighMaster has been really helpful for her, “I put that between my legs while I’m watching TV, and my kids and all their teenage friends think it’s hilarious, but they do it too.”

Well, that’s all for her workouts, but a physique like hers cannot be achieved without a clean diet.

Sharon Stone's Eating Habits

To maintain a zero-figure, Sharon Stone made sure that her workout is backed with a super clean diet. While speaking with Vogue, she said, “So I just did tofu and vegetables and only clear flat water.”

She doesn’t consume much dairy, but she is a huge fan of chocolate. “I really like dark chocolate and stuff. At night, I usually eat some dark chocolate, but I just cut it all out. I cut out all the sugars, specifically. And I didn’t even drink carbonated water.”

For dinner, she goes fully vegetarian, “I ate black rice and kale and yams, and maybe avocado or hummus and tofu, and then once a week I had poached eggs.”

At 67, she makes sure to stay as healthy as possible. Given that, what are your thoughts on her routine?
