6 Fit Female Wrestlers Who Competed in Both WWE & AEW

Professional wrestling in the modern era features a highly fluid skill landscape, with some legendary female stars bringing their strength and fitness to AEW and WWE. Six women have wrestled under both Vince McMahon and Tony Khan. Their fitness journeys reveal why both leagues wanted them.

This list will feature 6 fit AEW stars who have competed in WWE, including Tay Conti, Vickie Guerrero, and Leva Bates.

Brandi Rhodes

Rhodes is a powerful and versatile wrestling star, in-ring performer, and TV personality. She ruled over both WWE and AEW. Rhodes signed with WWE in 2011, though she had never officially competed in any televised match in WWE. She did, however, step in the ring for developmental matches.

Her journey with AEW began in 2019 and lasted until 2022. Rhodes served as the CBO in the league and was often seen competing in the women's division.

Apart from that, before starting her wrestling career, Rhodes was a figure skater, a background that taught her the importance of staying fit. She still maintains her fitness through mobility workouts, Pilates, and yoga.

Tay Conti

Conti is also known for her fitness and performance in both WWE and AEW.

She made her mark in WWE in 2017. During her time with WWE, Conti participated in many high-profile events, including the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal.

After leaving the league, Conti joined AEW in 2020. In AEW, Conti competed in many high-profile events, including the AEW Women's World Championship.

Conti stays fit through a mix of martial arts and weightlifting.

Serena Deeb

Deeb’s name first appeared on the WWE roster in 2010 on the SmackDown brand. In 2017, Deeb returned to compete in the Mae Young Classic.

Deeb joined AEW in 2020 and has appeared at events such as AEW Collision and AEW Dynamite.

One thing that impressed her fans was her fitness. She is still considered one of the most conditioned wrestlers. Deeb is also respected for her role as a yoga instructor.

Vickie Guerrero

In her WWE career, Guerrero wrestled in nearly 20 matches. She competed on NXT, Raw, and SmackDown.

Her AEW debut occurred in June 2021. At that time, she competed on AEW Dynamite against Rebel and Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. In that match, Guerrero competed alongside Nyla Rose.

She stays fit with a sustainable mix of nutritious foods and targeted workouts tailored to her physique. Weight training and intermittent fasting are also part of her fitness journey.

Leva Bates

Bates is known as Blue Pants in the WWE and competed as a fan favorite. During her tenure from 2014 to 2015, Bates supported The Vaudevillains.

She joined AEW in 2019 and was portrayed as The Librarian. Before her contract ended in 2023, Bates was a staple of the league's YouTube shows, such as AEW Dark: Elevation.

Her fitness over the years comes from HIIT workouts, in-ring performances, a high-protein diet, and hydration.

Britt Baker

Baker did not sign with WWE; however, she appeared as a cameo in 3 uncontracted matches, including:

  • Monday night Raw in 2016
  • NXT in 2018
