62-year-old Billy Gunn stays jacked & shares what helps in his health longevity

Billy Gunn's WWE days may be far behind him. But that hasn't decreased his affinity towards staying fit and continuing wrestling, even at 62. And he recently revealed the secrets to his vitality, which allows him to continue such a physically demanding task.

On April 24, Gunn appeared on a YouTube podcast with 4-time Emmy Award-winning TV host Chris Van Vliet. When Vliet asked, “You don't just look like you're in great shape at 62,” the wrestler revealed the regimen that keeps him healthier and in better shape than most 62-year-olds.

Gunn said, “Yeah. So, here comes my Titan Medical plug.” The WWE Hall of Famer mentioned that they help with his longevity, nutrition, and fitness. He further opined, “Titan Medical is one of the leading peptide companies out of Tampa.”

The WWE wrestler further discussed his partnership with the company. He revealed that they “just have made me an ambassador, whatever, a sponsored athlete.”

Apart from that, the wrestler also shared a post on April 24 from Vliet. The post reads, “Billy Gunn looks incredible at 62 years old, so I asked him if he would want to wrestle in his 70s.”

In response to that, Gunn said, “I don’t. So I want to do it while I still can, and while I’m still having fun.” When the host asked about any possibility of his return, he responded, “But I’m getting to the point where I’m kind of slowing down a little.”

However, Gunn does not entirely depend on Titan Medical to maintain his physique. He also indulges in physical training.

Billy Gunn’s training routine that helps him maintain performing shape at 62

In the podcast, Billy Gunn revealed his training split and said, “So my training now is [that] I just stopped my six-day split. I went back to five days so I could have two days off.”

According to WrestleZone, Gunn once revealed his 5-day training routine, which includes:

  • Monday: Legs
  • Tuesday: Chest
  • Wednesday: Arms
  • Thursday: Back
  • Friday: Shoulder
  • Saturday: Rest day
  • Sunday: Rest day

At 62, he follows a perfectly balanced training routine that includes training every body part once a week for optimal growth and development.

So, Gunn's combination of exercise, rest days, and medication helps him stay fit, healthy, and active even in his 60s. Are you thinking of following it to stay similarly healthy?
