62-year-old Trinny Woodall reveals her shortcut arm workouts for better strength
No one knows the importance of squeezing in a quick workout in the midst of a busy day more than Trinny Woodall. At 62, the fashion expert, British television presenter, entrepreneur, and co-host of ‘What Not to Wear’ still finds time for her workouts. No wonder she doesn’t look a day above 35.
She recently revealed the go-to 15-minute arm workout that has helped her maintain strong, toned arms. According to Women’s Health, Woodall, alongside her personal trainer, Nathalie Hayward, engages in this daily workout, recommending it to all women, young or old. The easy workout includes the following:
- Alternating bicep curls
- Reverse fly
- Renegade row
- Skull crushes
- Single-arm overhead press
- Forearm planks
- Lateral raise
“This is one of my favourite ways to set the tone for a busy day – whether you're new to working out, easing your way back into movement or just short on time,” she admitted to Women's Health.

However, she recommended starting with a warm-up routine and ending the workout with some simple stretches. Complete all 7 moves, doing just 12 reps of each move, and you’re done.
Alongside maintaining a proper workout schedule, Woodall is extremely careful about what she puts on her plate. The combination of a good diet, a healthy lifestyle, and regular exercise may be the secret elixir to her everlasting youth.
What Trinny Woodall puts on her plate to remain young and healthy
Nathalie Hayward isn’t just Woodall’s personal trainer. She is also a Pilates specialist as well as a nutrition coach. With Hayward’s help and guidance, Woodall has stuck to a balanced and nutritious meal plan that helps her stay active and healthy.
Woodall’s typical breakfast consists of a frittata omelette with broccoli and tomato or a healthy bowl of seeds. She also adds cauliflower ‘rice’, oat milk, walnuts, sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, and fresh raspberries to the bowl to make it a complete meal.
During the weekends, however, she likes to indulge in bread or croissants, she said, as per Get The Gloss.
Lunch can be a big affair for Woodall, consisting of rice or quinoa with vegetables, fish, or chicken.
Dinner is the same every night, consisting of two pieces of sourdough bread with an option of butter, chicken, fresh tomatoes, cheese, or mayonnaise.
Along with bread, she eats a healthy soup bowl filled with vegetables, chicken, and, on occasion, rice.
Approximately 20 minutes after dinner, she eats organic live yogurt with honey, berries, and half a bar of Green and Black’s 85% Intense Dark Chocolate.
