Stephanie McMahon explains the 4-minute workout that can benefit every woman

If you have a super busy schedule and are always struggling to find time for the gym, don’t worry. Former Chief Brand Officer, occasional wrestler, and WWE executive McMahon understands the struggles of busy professionals better than most. With a demanding career and three kids, she has found an easy way to remain fit- and it just takes 4 minutes.

In a video shared by WWE, McMahon shared a simple 4-minute workout routine that can help every woman- no matter your age, profession, or busy schedule. Her easy routine includes several HIIT exercises that pack maximum effort into a short session. Each exercise has to be done for just 20 seconds each, followed by a 10-second rest. They include:

  1. Bodyweight squats
  2. Modified push-ups with mountain climbers
  3. Alternating reverse lunges
  4. Jump squats
  5. Plank shoulder taps
  6. Burpees
  7. High knees

Repeat the entire cycle until your 4 minutes are complete.

“It is very tough. It’s very challenging. It’s 4 minutes. If you do those 4 minutes, let me tell you, you will have a complete and total body workout. And I feel great!” McMahon explains in the video shared by WWE

The best part about this simple workout isn't that it can be completed so quickly. Actually, this easy workout targets your entire body- from your chest, shoulders, core, legs, and even your cardiovascular system.

Furthermore, you don’t require any equipment to do it, making it an incredible option for when you are traveling or just at home.

For McMahon, staying fit and healthy isn’t just about working out regularly. She also advocates the importance of fueling your body with the right nutrition.

How McMahon's Diet Overhaul Completed Her Fitness Transformation

McMahon believes that true fitness doesn’t start and end at the gym. What you eat is just as important as how often you work out.

Her diet plan changed drastically once she began working with world-renowned strength and conditioning coach Joe DeFranco.

Under his guidance, they designed a custom meal plan that would help fuel her body, especially considering other important aspects such as childbirth, old injuries, and health problems.

During the RXMuscle interview, McMahon revealed that she gained 80 pounds after having her first daughter, Aurora. As per Wrestle View, she admitted to eating excessively, like having 4 Pop-Tarts every morning along with eggs and a glass of milk.

Losing the excess fat was definitely not easy. She relied on eating raw vegetables and staying on a Keto diet. McMahon tried eating clean, at least most of the time.

She also limited her intake of processed and sugary foods, which helped her shed quite a bit of excess weight. Of course, she also indulged in the occasional cheat meals and treats, giving in to her sweet tooth every once in a while.

Her typical diet consisted of lean protein like fish, turkey, and chicken, eggs, healthy fats like nuts and olive oil, and lots of vegetables.
