Sydney Sweeney or Kylie Jenner: Comparing The Celebrity Workouts and Tips Everyone Can Follow

Both charismatic stars are known for their slim stature and hourglass physiques. Sydney Sweeney showcased an impressive transformation for her role as Christy, while Kylie Jenner has maintained a consistently lean, sculpted frame over the years.

But whose diet and training plan stands stronger? Let’s find out.

Sydney Sweeny’s Workout and Diet Plan

The Euphoria and Anyone But You Star is a big Pilates fan. She is a member of the US-based Pilates studio known as ‘Solid Core’, which describes their classes as a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout on a Pilates-inspired reformer. Sydney herself described ‘Solidcore’ as, “one of the greatest workouts you could do.”

As per various sources, the star visits the studio at least two-three times a week. "It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that," she told Women's Health. Apart from that, many will be surprised to hear that she is a huge MMA buff as well.

She told Net-A-Porter in 2021, "I was the only girl at this dojo, and I wanted to f*** with all the guys' [minds]. The Euphoria star trained herself in martial arts from an early age. Taekwondo, jujitsu, grappling, and kickboxing were her go-to workout routines. Her diet is pretty simple.

Breakfast: Bowl of berries, eggs, bagel, sometimes a bagel
Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad or a cheeseburger/cheeseburger with fries
Dinner: Italian food when eating out; at home, comfort meals like mac n’ cheese, hot dog

Kylie Jenner's Workout Routine and Diet Plan

Unlike Sydney, who trains in every possible way, Jenner likes to take things quite slowly. As per her sister, Khloe, Kylie doesn’t really train a lot: “Kylie doesn’t really work out. She did come with Kourt and me one time, when [our trainer] Don was training us.”

She does work out with her family, but she prefers HIIT training, a "lot of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and needs to be constantly switching up the moves.” In her confession, Kylie Jenner expressed that she likes to train for an hour at least, but not more than that.

“Work out for an hour. It’s hard, but it makes me feel good. Kourtney likes to blast music. I’m really into Kanye’s new songs. PartyNextDoor has a song called ‘Party at 8,’ which my friends and I have been listening to on repeat,” said Jenner.

Her diet looks like this:-

  • Before Breakfast: Celery juice
  • Breakfast: Eggs, smashed avocado, bacon
  • Lunch: Pressed juice + kale salad with grilled chicken OR tacos with guacamole
  • Snack: Detox tea
  • Dinner: Grilled chicken / prawns / fish + vegetables + rice OR pasta / sushi / sushi alternatives
