Taylor Hill's Fitness Methods Over The Past Few Years Behind Her Toned Physique

The Victoria's Secret Angel, Taylor Hill, never misses a chance to impress her millions of fans with her lean, aesthetic appearance. 

Over the last few years, Hill’s training routine has shifted from a very structured approach to a balanced, mentally focused schedule. During her time as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, she followed a rigorous training routine under the guidance of Lauren Duhamel at modelFIT.

She also trained at The Dogpound, where high-intensity, strength-building sessions helped her build a lean, athletic frame. These workouts also played a major role in preparing her for runway appearances and major fashion shows.

Before major shows, she followed different movements designed by Lauren, which included:

  • Isolating muscles with slow
  • Controlled movements, with higher reps.

But during the 2018 Victoria's Secret Show, she followed Kristina Forest’s guidance, which included:

  • Fast-paced circuits
  • Cardio
  • Strength training.
  • Turkish get-ups for core strength building.

Over time, Taylor’s routine incorporated running, and she developed the habit of running 3 miles daily. In July 2023, after her pet, Tate, passed away, she had to focus on her mental health.

She shared a video on Instagram and said, “Last year, I decided I would start running. My mental health has taken a hit with Tate’s passing….Strengthening my mind is important, and running is one of the hardest things I’ve done mentally”.

With that, her focus has shifted to a more self-aware and consistent training method. Along with running, she now practices Reformer Pilates, which helps the Babylon actress maintain flexibility and core strength. To relax her body after all these workouts, she likes to have a “spa day” whenever she can.

Nowadays, the American model follows a routine that mixes cardio, strength work, and mindful movements. This demonstrates that her training approach has shifted from a vigorous routine to a mature one focused on long-term wellness. 

Apart from training, another thing that helps to maintain her physique is her diet.

Taylor Hill’s diet 

Taylor Hill eats a nutritious, well-balanced diet that fuels her body during workouts and daily activities. She likes to kick-start her day with a coffee and shared with (TZR) that she likes “the cold brew that you buy in the grocery store, either the Starbucks brand or La Colombe.”

When she asked about her favourite meal, she said she loves comforting food. She likes to cook “roasted red pepper soup,” which is creamier and zesty than tomato soup. The model also makes a grilled cheese with sourdough bread and a goat milk cheese.

According to Us Weekly, Hill favors salads or meals from Chipotle for lunch and also enjoys dining out on occasion with her husband.
