A November 2025 study, Yoga For Musculoskeletal Disorders, looked at 1150 articles and 52 clinical trials. The study highlighted the "potential benefits of yoga," improving mobility in such cases.
So, it's no surprise that throughout the centuries, yoga has evolved into different specializations, all aimed at improving health and wellness. Among the most unique is animal yoga poses, which inspired Animal Flow. Yet, before you get into these more advanced forms, here are some fundamental animal yoga poses.
