Samson Dauda is no stranger to being talked about. But with the 2026 Mr. Olympia just weeks away, a fresh look at his legs has the bodybuilding world buzzing, and the reactions aren't all the same.

Dauda won the 2024 Mr. Olympia with a physique praised for its size and conditioning, but his 2025 title defense backfired, as leaner conditioning left his legs and back short on mass, dropping him to fourth. Determined to correct course, he's spent this offseason rebuilding size ahead of the 2026 Mr. Olympia later this month.

In a recent post made by Dauda, he shared a video of his legs while sitting in a sauna, part of an advert for Marek Health, which he described in the caption as a key part of his recovery routine.

However, it was not the advertisement that caught the fans' eyes but the fact that even in that relaxed, sauna setting, his legs looked noticeably fuller and more defined than in earlier updates this year.

He also wrote in the caption that the sauna itself has become a regular fixture in Dauda's prep this year, with the bodybuilder crediting it as part of how he manages recovery between his high-volume training sessions.

As with most of his updates this close to the Olympia, it didn't take long for reactions to start rolling in.
