“350lbs of Lean Tissue”- Samson Dauda’s Massive Off-Season Bulking Leaves Bodybuilding Community Amazed

“I think 160 kilos. Mostly, I believe in that number. Feeling how comfortable I am now at 152, I’m like, yeah, I can definitely climb up the ladder,” said Samson Dauda just a week ago, pointing to a dramatic new upper limit for his physique. Dauda’s fourth-place finish at the 2025 Mr. Olympia, one year after winning the title, came as a shock. However, it appears that he's determined to put on more size.

Just over two weeks ago, on November 27, the former Mr. Olympia literally broke the scale after crossing the 330-pound mark. Now he has revealed that he is hovering around 160 kilos and feels comfortable at that weight.

After back-to-back setbacks at the Arnold Classic and the 2025 Mr. Olympia, Samson Dauda has accepted that change is necessary. With a revamped approach and renewed motivation to hold steady at 350 pounds. Yet, this weight might not be his limit.

"Literally every offseason, I’ve kept a cap on how much I want my weight to climb. This is the first time where I’m like ‘f*** it, let’s go for broke.’ Let’s see what it can do. I’m curious to see what happens," Samson Dauda said.

Not even 8x Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman stayed at 350 lbs. Flexing at that weight, he showed complete control, and fans couldn’t contain their reaction.

Samson Dauda’s 350 lbs physique caught the attention of fans

One curious fan took to the comment section to point out that Dauda appeared to be carrying a lean 350 pounds, writing, “Samson, this is close to 350lbs of lean tissue.”

However, the reality is a bit far from the comment. Besides the November 27 video, the time Dauda checked his weight was back on November 19, he clocked in at around 334 pounds or 151 Kgs.

Furthermore, another individual expressed his admiration for Dauda’s chiseled physique, “Full house bro love it.” Last but not least, a fan added, “The King is super swole like a big Lion.”

Placing fourth behind Derek Lunsford, Hadi Choopan, and Andrew Jacked isn't something he took lightly. Will he be able to bounce back?
