3x Mr. Olympia Ryan Terry Reveals Complete Chest and Tricep Workouts at 37
Mr. Olympia 2026 may still be five months away, but Ryan Terry is preparing for it like it's right around the corner.
Three-time Mr. Olympia Ryan Terry just dropped his chest and tricep routine on Instagram, and it's brutal. In the video, Terry was seen performing the exercises intensely without any mistakes. Here is every exercise he performed.
- Tut Pec Fly (5 sets of 12-15 reps)
- Incline Dumbbell Hex Press (5 sets of 12-15 reps)
- Dumbbell Pullover (4 sets of 12-15 reps) increase weight each set, but focusing on that tempo and that contraction
- Incline Dumbbell Fly (4 sets of 12-15 reps)
- Seated Flat Press (5 sets of 12-15 reps)
- Rope Push Downs (5 sets of 12-15 reps)
But this isn't the only time he gave an update on his progress; in fact, he started the year by announcing his goals for this year. In January, Terry shared his plans for this year on Instagram, writing,
“Hope you all had a good start to the 2026 new year, but the same goals for me… more time with the family, grow current business ventures, and win my fourth Olympia title.”
Just last week, he uploaded another video where he shared his chest workout:
- Dumbbell supported row
- Warm-up set (1set of 18 reps)
- Working sets (4 sets of 12 reps)
- Single-arm plate-loaded row (4 sets of 12 reps on each arm)
- Seated cable v bar row (4 sets of 12 reps)
Superset
- Wide grip pull-ups superset (4 sets of 12 reps)
- Wide grip pull-down (4 sets of 12 reps)
Ryan Terry is known for his symmetry and proportions on stage. He has a perfect X-frame with broad shoulders, a tight waist, and even muscle development. Another big factor is his stage presence and posing.
These qualities helped him win the Mr. Olympia Men's Physique title three years in a row, and now it seems like he is preparing hard to win his 4th title.
Ryan Terry's posing advice for bodybuilders
With three back-to-back titles, there must be something that the Briton must be doing that's working for him. In an Instagram post, he shared one of those things. He gave some posing tips to his followers.
“Front and back—the only two poses judged in men’s physique. Perfect them first, then introduce transitions and other complementary poses that suit your physique after.”
According to the 3x champion, simple and precise routines are more effective than complicated ones.
These preparations look intense, but are these enough to help him clinch his 4th title? Only time will tell. Till then, keep following Bodybuilding Bros for more Ryan Terry updates.
