Tiffany Stratton’s Incredible Workout Behind Her WWE Peak and Year-Long Endurance

It took Tiffany Stratton only a year to capture the WWE Women’s Championship on SmackDown. Lauded by fans for her endurance, the “Buff Barbie” phenom is only just getting started. However, as she continues to scale her career, one question lingers: What is her fitness secret? Let’s uncover it.

Tiffany Stratton’s ‘Tiffy Training’

Back in March 2024, Tiffany took to her Instagram handle to drop her workout routine. Training in her garage, which she had converted into a home gym, the WWE Women’s Champion began her session with bench presses, followed by triceps dips, rows, standing kettlebell raises, push-ups, and inverted barbell rows.

The Minnesota native generally lifts heavy whenever she gets the time, but she has also made a return to CrossFit. Just a year ago, during a conversation with CVV Clips, the WWE star shared, “I’ve been recently kind of getting back into CrossFit. That’s kind of what got me into working out and stuff, because when I quit gymnastics, I went to CrossFit.”

During the conversation, she further explained that, along with focusing on CrossFit, she often does bodybuilding-specific workouts as well, considering the fact that she was also a bodybuilder.

When asked how many times a week she hits the gym, Stratton revealed, “I try to go like 3 to 4.” Her workouts generally include heavy lifting, progressive overload, and cardio. Let’s take a look at her shoulder workout.

In another Instagram post dating back to 2023, the WWE star revealed her triceps and shoulder routine. Saying, “Look how frikkin' jacked I am,” she began her warm-up ahead of the main workout.

  • Lateral Dumbbell Raise: 2 Sets, 20 Reps (warmup)
  • Front Dumbbell Raises: 2 Sets, 20 Reps (warmup)

After the warm-ups, comes the real training:

  • Smith Machine Barbell Shoulder Press: 3 Sets, 12-15 Reps, 1 Heavy Set of 8 Reps
  • Strict Shoulder Raise
  • Rear Lateral Raise

“I just do these to get the blood pumping into my shoulders,” she said as she flaunted her physique on camera.
Stratton believes in lifting heavy with proper form to ensure it does not lead to injury. She ended her workout by emphasizing this principle in her video.
