Alix Earle built her own brand from scratch, and even before finishing college, she had turned into a full-blown social media influencer. Part of that content was around fitness.

How Alix Earle Works Out

The TikTok star uses a variety of training methods. However, there's one staple. “But I usually start off with 12-3-30 on the treadmill and then go from there.”

Essentially, she follows:

  • Incline: 12%
  • Speed: 3 mph
  • Time: 30 minutes

Interestingly, another popular influencer, Lauren Giraldo, popularized this exercise technique.

After completing her treadmill session, she then moves to weight training. As she explained, “Balance is key. Do not restrict yourself.”

Her session targets different body parts with several exercises. For arms, upper back, biceps, and shoulders, she chooses 7.5-lb dumbbells, with 12 reps across three sets for each exercise.

For legs and glutes, she chose exercises such as goblet squats, hip thrusts (50-lb weights around her weight), cable side kicks (15-lb weights) and back kicks (12-lb dumbbells), completing each exercise with 12 reps in 3 sets.

Alix Earle likes to finish her workout with an abs routine that includes sit-ups, Russian twists, crunches, toe touches, and side-to-side ankle taps. To keep her routine interesting, she also incorporates pilates.

“When I don't have time to go to the gym or a class, I love something as simple as taking a walk around my neighborhood.”

TikTok Star Alix Earle’s Diet

In one of her “What I eat in a day” videos, the star stated that, “After I have coffee in the morning, I'll start with an egg scrambled mix. I'll usually do spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms and make it into like a little omelet.”

Alix Earle’s lunch includes salsa, chips, an immunity shot, a chia parfait, and a mix of greens powder with water. Her dinner time is more relaxed than her lunch, so she likes to eat a chicken bowl with veggies, salads, and dumplings. She also loves cooking shrimp.
