Andrew Jacked's third-place finish in the Arnold Classic 2025 has only made him hungrier, and this time, he is ready to "bleed" to achieve the glory.
The Nigerian bodybuilder is leaving no stone unturned to get in his best shape for the contest. A day ago, Jacked shared an Instagram update showcasing a few of his intense workouts to prepare for the Arnold Classic 2026, which is just about "5.5" weeks away.
The caption to his post read, "Brick by Brick, Time to bleed sweat, tears & crispness. Fixing lagging parts ONLY from the rear. 5.5 weeks more @therealtechnician @ifbb_pro_kamal_elgargni. Yesszziirrr !!!"
In the video, Andrew Jacked was seen doing the following exercises:
- Seated Hip Abduction
- Smith Machine Squat
- Plate-Loaded Hack Squat
- 45-Degree Leg Press
- Walking Lunges
This is not the first time Andrew Jacked has posted about his intense training ahead of the Arnold Classic. On January 26, he revealed a quick summary of his upper body combo workouts before the Arnold Classic, which included:
- Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises
- Machine Shoulder Press
- Smith Machine Shrugs
- Seated Machine row.
With his intense training and conditioning, Andrew Jacked also caught the attention of bodybuilding legends who think 2026 will be his year.
Andrew Jacked is praised by bodybuilding legends
During a podcast with Milos Sarcev, Jay Cutler predicted that Jacked would win the 2026 Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic by looking at his momentum.
Cutler said, "I don’t ever make predictions…. [But] Andrew Jacked is Mr. Olympia all the way. He has all the tools. So, is he going to be the next? I’d probably favor Andrew to come in and win the Arnold and Olympia in 2026, just because of his momentum right now."
Sarcev also echoed Cuter's stance about Jacked, saying, "Andrew Jacked finally showed up like we’ve always wanted him. A day before, Jose Raymond was showing us a video with striated glutes…. If he had striated glutes and a little bit more volumized legs, he’s going to be very hard to beat, and that’s pretty much how he showed up."
Even Lee Priest, in a video, said Andrew could win the 2026 Arnold Classic. He also said that the competition would be intense among Hadi Choopan, Martin Fitzwater, and Andrew Jacked.
So, with the support of such legends and his intense training, do you think Andrew Jacked will actually manage to win Mr. Olympia 2026?
