Top 6 bodybuilders in women's physique category ahead of 2026 Ms. Olympia

The Women's Physique division is stacked heading into this year's Olympia, and the race for the top of the podium looks tighter than ever.

With less than 3 weeks to go, the event is scheduled from 24 September to 27 September in Las Vegas.

Based on recent form, Olympia results, and overall momentum, here's a look at the six athletes currently sitting at the top of the division.

The rankings are based on a post by Olympia Stats on Instagram.

1. Natalia Coelho

The reigning champion enters as the clear favorite. Natalia, Brazilian-American, first won the Olympia title in 2022 and reclaimed it in 2025 by defeating longtime rival Sarah Villegas.

She's built her reputation on outstanding symmetry, tight conditioning, and polished stage presentation. A two-time Arnold Classic Physique International winner, Natalia has been a consistent top-three Olympia presence for years, and right now, the title runs through her.

2. Sarah Villegas

Villegas remains the most decorated athlete the division has ever seen. She holds a record four Olympia titles, won in 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2024, and even in defeat, taking second at the 2025 Olympia, she still brought elite muscle density, refined conditioning, and commanding stage presence.

Her championship pedigree alone keeps her as the biggest threat standing between Natalia and a repeat.

3. Zama Benta

Brazil's rising force has quietly built into a legitimate title contender. Zama finished third at both the 2023 and 2025 Olympia, steadily adding better density and detail while keeping her structure sharp.

Recent pro wins, including a victory at the Tampa Pro, have shifted her status from podium regular to genuine threat heading into 2026.

4. Amanda Machado

Few names are climbing faster than Amanda Machado's. The Brazilian-born athlete, now competing out of the U.S., picked up her first pro win at the 2025 Omaha Pro and followed it with a Tampa Pro victory in 2026 that locked in her Olympia qualification.

Balanced proportions, improving conditioning, and growing stage confidence have made her one of the division's most talked-about dark horses, with real potential to crack the top five or better this year.

5. Sheronica Henton

Henton has proven she belongs among the division's elite year after year. She finished third at the 2024 Olympia and fifth in 2025, adding a New York Pro title in 2024 along the way.

Judges consistently praise her muscle maturity, structure, and reliable conditioning, and she remains the kind of competitor who can disrupt the podium on any given night.

6. Nana Silva

Nana rounds out the group with strong recent momentum. She placed seventh at the 2025 Olympia and earlier that year won the Masters Olympia (Women's Physique 40+) title in Japan, adding to a resume already stacked with pro wins across Brazil and strong international results.

Known for her muscle maturity and hardness, Nana continues improving each season and is targeting a breakthrough into the top five at the 2026 Olympia.

Together, these six athletes represent the strongest field Women's Physique has assembled heading into a season, with the gap between first and sixth tighter than it's been in years.
