Trained under the guidance of celebrity-trainer Don Brooks, a.k.a Donamatrix, she starts her workout with dumbbells to boost her energy.
An interesting fact about her training schedule is that she likes to break her session into quarters. Why? As per her, it helps her to stay motivated throughout the tough routine.

2nd Quarter: Dumbbell Chest Press(30s) and Dumbbell Step-Back Lunges (30s).
3rd Quarter: Dumbbell Squats (30s)and Dumbbell Biceps Curls (30s)
4th Quarter: Close-Grip Dumbbell Push-Ups (30s) and Single Dumbbell Crunches (30s)
In addition to strength training, she also includes Pilates and daily walking in her workout routine. Each week, the couple does three sessions of strength training and two pilate classes.
“Some days, I could walk four miles,” she says. ”I just went on a walk this morning. I do love going on walks as a family – it's nicer, even with friends.”
