Triple H Once Reacted to Braun Strowman’s Breakfast Diet

WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Triple H was left stunned in a hilarious video shared by @DeniseSalcedo on YouTube. During an interview, “The Monster Among Men,” Braun Strowman shares his breakfast, leaving both audiences and Triple H astonished at his appetite.

WWE giant shares that he doesn’t stick to any specific meal plan for breakfast and is flexible depending on where he is. However, he smiles and says that he is a “big eater,” instantly catching everyone’s attention. He reveals what his typical order would look like at Waffle House.

“If I went to Waffle House, I’d probably order 10 eggs but only like 4 yolks, 2 grilled chicken breasts, a double order of hashbrowns, orange juice, and a coffee. That will get me started.”

However, the most amusing part of the video was Triple H’s reaction to this. Hearing Strowman’s typical order made Triple H turn around quickly, saying, “I’m not paying that catering bill!” To this, Strowman let out a huge laugh. Clearly, the hilarity of the situation was not lost on the WWE giant.

Weighing in at a whopping 385 pounds for most of his career, it’s no wonder that a massive meal like this was just a ‘starter’ for Strowman.

However, the WWE giant follows a strict workout schedule and diet that helps him keep any excess fat off and build powerful muscles.

Inside Braun Strowman’s Intense Workout and Diet

Pulling apart a TV set with bare hands or demolishing a WWE production truck takes near-superhuman strength. To become the “Monster Among Men,” Strowman follows a strict workout schedule that begins with fasted cardio for 30 to 40 minutes on a bike.

As per Men’s Health, he follows this with breakfast and a second workout consisting of weight-training sessions at the gym. His breakfast generally consists of 75g of cream of rice or 50g of protein powder. With this, he adds 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a fudge brownie.

His post-workout meal consists of 10 oz of fish or chicken along with 300g of rice. He then takes a third, big meal, consisting of 10 oz of fish, chicken, or lean beef. He complements this with almost 300g of rice.

His dinner consists of 10 oz of beef and 6 whole eggs. But that's not all. He has yet another meal before sleeping. This includes 10 oz of fish, chicken, or lean beef with almost 300 g of rice.

He admits to consuming a whopping 15,000 to 17,000 calories a day while competing. However, he would burn almost 6,000 calories with a 2 to 3-hour deadlift session.

Strowman’s workout and diet are not for the weak, and he definitely doesn’t recommend them to anyone. However, it’s hard not to admire his discipline and dedication to his sport and physique.

What do you think about Strowman consuming almost 17,000 calories in a day?
