Trish Stratus is an idol for millions of fitness enthusiasts and WWE fans. However, the former WWE Women's Champion had her own idols who motivated her to be fit and shine in her performances.

On February 20, the 1998 Ms. Fitness Olympia, Monica Jean Brant, shared an Instagram video displaying her appearance on an episode of the 1995-95 early morning fitness show, Kiana’s Flex Appeal. While Jean Brant shared her multiple fond memories related to the show in the caption, Stratus took to the comments section to reveal her opinion about the show.

The now-50-year-old former WWE Diva penned, "I taped every episode!! You all were my inspo!!"

Well, the success of Kiana's Flex Appeal says that Stratus chose her idols wisely. The show was picked by ESPN for their channel back in 1995. Gradually, it become must-watch-TV for most, primarily due to the attractive locations of its filming, which also included a shooting on beaches and even on a yacht.

Stratus comment highlighted that she has advanced a lot, from a fitness-inspired observer to industry inspiration due to her time in the WWE. But while Stratus bid goodbye to her full-time role in the WWE years ago, fans might be up for a pleasant surprise soon.

Trish Stratus teases another appearance in the WWE ring

On February 18, WWE UK announced on Instagram that the league will debut a new Premium Live event: Clash in Italy. According to the post it, “will take place on Sunday, May 31, as the WWE European Summer Tour 2026 comes to Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and the U.K”.

Trish instantly commented, “No, but why do I suddenly feel like dusting off this ring rust?”.

This playful comment took no time to attract fans. She has not competed in any wrestling for more than 7 months. In 2025, she started with the Women’s Royal Rumble. After that, Stratus faced Candice LeRae and Nia Jax by teaming up with Tiffany Stratton.

Though her return is not yet officially confirmed, her fans will see her soon at a meet-and-greet event during WrestleMania 42 week in Las Vegas.

Trish Stratus confirmed her appearance at the event, which is scheduled between April 13 and 20 at the Flanker restaurant.
