2026 Canada’s Strongest Man results: top 10 elites in the list

Consistency beat dominance at Canada's biggest strongman contest this year.

The 2026 Canada's Strongest Man competition took place August 30 in Saint-Pamphile, Quebec, bringing together 12 of the country's top strongmen across six brutal events.

Tristain Hoath walked away defending his national title, and he did it without winning a single event outright, an outcome that says everything about how the day unfolded.

Here's a breakdown of the top 10 finishers and how the points broke down, as per Generation Iron.

1. Tristain Hoath — 60.5 points

Hoath claimed his second consecutive national title through pure steadiness rather than dominance. He never finished lower than fifth in any event across the entire competition, a level of consistency that proved decisive by the end of the day.

Event Results: Truck Pull (2nd), Atlas Stones (2nd), Log Lift (T-3rd), Sandbag Toss (2nd), Car Deadlift (5th), Farmer's Walk (3rd).
