UFC Star Catches Nina Marie Daniele’s Eye With Wild Workout

Mar 4, 2026, 10:55 AM CUT

For years, Nina Marie Danielle has been a familiar face around UFC circles. The former model stays close to the action, and this time she fired a jab at lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan after his latest workout left her a bit concerned.

Known for being an exceptional wrestler with Armenian and Russian roots, Arman Tsarukyan took to his Instagram handle just a week ago to post a video of himself performing wrestler’s bridges, or rolling neck bridges. His execution was flawless, with a caption that read, “Only hard work”.

In the comments, Nina seemed concerned about the movements, though clearly in a sarcastic way: “I did NOT tell him to do THIS! 😂🤕”. Arman and Nina have been friends for a while, and she has interviewed him before while sharing his backstory. The remark was nothing more than a playful jab at her friend.

Well, she is not alone. Two-time Olympia champion and one of the greatest modern-day wrestlers of all time, Abdulrashid Sadulaev, even took to the comment section to write, “Golden Words brother.”

Rolling neck bridges are essential for wrestlers as they strengthen the neck by training cervical flexion and extension, lateral neck stability, and isometric strength under load.

Well, that said, the question left unanswered is: when will the UFC give Arman a chance at the title? Well, we might have an answer.

Arman Tsarukyan Shares UFC Title Timeline

Just last year, Arman Tsarukyan wrecked Dan Hooker to clinch his place as a contender for the lightweight title. But right now, the entire division is a mess, with Ilia Topuria, the undisputed champion, away and Justin Gaethje, the interim champion, expected to fight Topuria later this year.

So, where does that leave Tsarukyan? Well, he has given himself a timeline.”I think so. I already talked to Hunter (Campbell) a couple of weeks ago,” Tsarukyan revealed during an interview with Ariel Helwani.

“He got a couple of options. Like title fights, like just fights, I don’t know. We’ll see how it plays out… Fight for the 155 title in like September or October. After Justin (Gaethje).”

Reports suggest that Gaethje vs Topuria would take place at one of UFC 328 or UFC 329 in May, a month sooner than we expected. And if that happens, Tsarukyan’s timeline for a title shot might work.
