UFC Stars Visit FBI HQs for Special Combat Training, MMA World Reacts

A group of UFC stars traded the Octagon for a day at FBI headquarters. The unique partnership saw fighters like Justin Gaethje teach combat techniques to new recruits. The event on March 14 and 15 quickly drew reactions from across the MMA world.

Many UFC fighters, including Claudia Gadelha, Justin Gaethje, Chris Weidman, Michael Chandler, and MMA legend Renzo Gracie, were all present at the event, which was designed to teach combat techniques to FBI officials.

On an April 1 post, the official Instagram account of UFC shared images of fighters putting in some serious work alongside an FBI agent.

In return, the UFC stars got the chance to operate some we***na and a helicopter, spending some time as an FBI agent.

In another image, FBI Director Kash Patel was seen watching the moment as Gaethje and Weidman taught new recruits some valuable moves they can use against any bad guy.

Apart from that, in one photo, Gadelha, the Brazilian former MMA artist, was seen showing her moves to the agents.

While the two departments collaborated to exchange skills and knowledge, the post instantly went viral among thousands of UFC fans, including some fighters, who responded to the incident.

The MMA World Reacts to the Partnership Between UFC and the FBI

While Juliana Miller, the Pro MMA record holder with a 4-4-0 record, commented excitedly, “wow!!! So cool!!!”, Manel Kape, the Angolan-Portuguese MMA star, showed his excitement with two simple emojis, “💪🏽🔥.”

Claudia Gadelha not only commented, “BADA**,” but also posted a photo of herself showing a hands-on approach at the UFC Headquarters on her Instagram story.

In addition to feedback from UFC legends, some fans jokingly mentioned the rivalry between Justin Gaethje and Ilia Topuria.

As one fan commented, “Justin looking for options to beat Topuria.”

On March 7, the UFC announced that Topuria will face Gaethje on June 14.

So, the collaboration between the FBI and UFC effectively combined skill-sharing, fan engagement, and entertainment, demonstrating how combat sports skills can extend beyond the octagon.
