Now, talking about his health, his workouts play a vital role. His workout routine spread throughout the week, including martial arts-inspired movements such as:

  • Monday: prioritizes core movements through martial arts, including core circuits, heavy bag work, and Capoeira training, in which he devotes 45 minutes
  • Tuesday: conditioning and functional strength, where he splits his work out among single-leg deadlifts, battle ropes, jump squats, burpees, and pull-ups
  • Wednesday: flexibility through martial arts, kickboxing drills, and he combines with yoga flow, and stretching
  • Thursday: upper-body movements including triceps extensions, dips, bicep curls, bent-over rows, and overhead press, among others
  • Friday: explosive power and martial arts, including medicine ball slams, sprint intervals, box jumps, plyometric push-ups, and pad work
  • Saturday: recovery and core movements such as swimming, cycling, and core stability work.
  • Sunday: rest.

Snipes also follows four principles that help him stay fit, such as:

  • Functional strength is more important than size
  • For him, it is the discipline that pushes him towards success, not motivation
  • His mindset of martial arts that involves focus, discipline, and presence
  • There is no negotiation with nutrition.

When it comes to nutrition, Snipes follows a structured daily diet to stay fit.
