Wesley Vissers Shares His Full Day of Eating as the 2026 Arnold Classic Nears

Wesley Vissers may have finished the 2025 Arnold Classic in 5th place, but he is leaving no stone unturned to win the coveted tournament this year.

Besides an intense workout schedule, Visser is following a strict diet plan that he shared with his followers a day ago. So, let's learn about it in detail.

Wesley Vissers' Meal 1/Victory Breakfast:

  • For this high-volume meal, Vissers bakes 20 g of egg white powder, 0.6 g of cream of tartar, water, and 0.3 g of baking powder.
  • He adds spices to it, like pumpkin spice, turmeric, and cinnamon. Thereafter, Vissers also adds freshly cooked pumpkin for fiber and potassium, along with 50 g of spinach, which provides vitamin K1. For sweetness, he uses stevia.

  • He also mixes plain rice flour. It is served with his "whey drip dip," which is a mixture of whey isolate and flavoured whey, and berries.
  • With this meal, he consumes 62 g of protein, 108 g of carbs, and 4 g of fats, equating to 783 Kcal.

Intra-workout diet

  • Vissers focuses primarily on his hydration during his workouts. He drinks a mixture of essential amino acids with salt for hydration.
  • He does not consume any carbs during his workout.

Post-workout meal

  • His post-workout meal is similar to his breakfast. However, this one contains more rice flour compared to breakfast.
  • He also skips the vegetables, like pumpkin and spinach, in this meal.
  • This one provides 1053 kcal from 66 g of protein, 160 g of carbohydrates, and 8 g of fat.

 Maintenance Meals (3x Daily)

  • Vissers takes a minimum of 3 meals, each consisting of 49 g of protein and 350 g of vegetables.
  • For protein, he usually consumes 220 g of high-quality chicken, which is tenderized with a meat hammer, fish, or beef.
  • He adds vegetables like zucchini for potassium, celery for kidney health, bell peppers for vitamin C, and brown mushrooms for vitamin D. He uses the secret 5-spice mixture to help with digestion.
  • Combined macros of this 3x meal are: 788 kcal, 126 g of protein, 22 g of carbs, and 13 g of fat.

Last meal of the day

  • Nutrient from the last meal: 688 kcal through 71 g of protein, 75 g of carbs, and 4 g of fat
  • This meal is also similar to his victory breakfast. However, this time, Vissers consumes lesser carbohydrates.

Macronutrients and supplements

Vissers monitors his micronutrient levels regularly, which is indispensable to staying healthy during the intense preparation period for the 2026 Arnold Classic. To maintain electrolytic balance, he adds potassium and salt to his meals.

Vissers also takes supplements like omega-3 and magnesium. He mostly consumes fresh food.
