According to the WHO, 31% of adults fail to engage in the recommended daily physical activity. And as a result, they sometimes face multiple health issues like heart diseases, a decrease in energy level, and indigestion.

But could these issues be mitigated by simple things like a short daily workout?

When you engage in a daily workout, your body undergoes multiple internal and external transformations. It might be that you don’t have enough time to go to the gym or do an intense workout.

However, in that case, just try to make a 30-minute exercise routine a daily habit and see how it improves your heart and brain health.

How a minimum of 30-minute workout can help you

Regular exercise can significantly improve your brain health. Aerobic exercises such as cycling, walking, and swimming help improve cognitive health. And according to the Alzheimer's Association, there is even a small decrease in risk if you exercise for 30 minutes a day.

Secondly, it keeps your blood pressure at a healthy level. Any physical work helps you maintain a healthy heart. During physical activity, your heart rate increases, promoting proper blood circulation and ultimately reducing the risk of cardiovascular issues. Daily workouts control the bad cholesterol level and increase the amount of good cholesterol in your body, which improves your overall health.

So, after seeing the benefits, let's look at the risks to avoid while working out.

Potential risk linked with exercise

Regular exercise has multiple benefits, but also comes with certain risks, and injury is one of them. High-intensity movements like burpees, high knees, box jumps, and mountain climbers can result in injuries such as fractures and strains when performed incorrectly.  Proper technique and form are essential when performing exercises.

“Overtraining” is one of the other risks, in which you train yourself excessively without having proper rest. It lowers your performance and prevents your body from getting the full benefits of the exercise. For better health, move daily while having sufficient rest.

Now that you all know the importance of daily exercise, are you ready to start for just 30 minutes? Tell us in the comment section.
