A late-night incident at a small-town pizzeria has drawn attention after a teenage employee fought off a group assault.

In January 2026, in Lancaster, New York, Gracie, a 16-year-old Pan Pizza employee, was targeted by a group of five teenagers, consisting of three girls and two boys. Following a personal dispute, the group reportedly planned to confront her since they knew she would be working alone that day.

According to reports, the group entered the establishment with the intention of attacking her, but had no idea what was in store for them. Gracie, who was trained in mixed martial arts (MMA), easily resisted the attack, defending herself against them.

During the incident, the girl who attacked Gracie sustained an eye injury and had to be rushed to the hospital. Other attackers fled as soon as the confrontation escalated. The incident was recorded on video and was circulated online, garnering public attention.

Later, the police were called, and soon all five attackers were arrested and are facing assault charges. It was determined that Gracie had acted in self-defense and thus wasn't charged. Gracie's father updated everyone on the situation on social media.

"The Lancaster Police called me...the 3 girls have been arrested for felony gang assault!! The 2 boys were brought in too and spilled the beans on the plot...and were warned if they go near her or the pizzeria, they are next. Not only did Gracie beat the brakes off these p****, but they no[w] face felony charges."

The hero of the hour is a girl trained in MMA.
