The 29-year-old Venezuelan singer and actor, Lele Pons, has time and again shown fans her dedication to staying fit. Her trainer, Diana Maux, once confirmed that she has lost ten pounds in two months.

How the Lele Pons-inspired workout routine can look

Monday can be dedicated to circuit training, and on Tuesday, you can follow an active routine that contains either circuit training or SPIN class, hiking, and some alternative exercises.

During her fitness journey, Pons once followed the same routine from Monday to Wednesday. And her Thursday was the same as Tuesday. Again on Friday, Lele liked to do circuit exercises curated by her trainer.

Her Saturday became an active rest day, while Sunday is a proper rest day in which she allows her body to recover properly.

What exercises can be a part of the routine

There were 5 training methods given to Lele by her trainer, Diana, that you can adopt.

Training A is the mix of workouts like single dumbbell overhead squats, lying ham raise, and single-arm dumbbell snatch with overhead squat. Training B is all about single-arm biceps curls with a band, standing oblique crunches, and dumbbell bent-over rows.

In option C, you can mix clean and press, knee push-ups, knee plank row to tricep kickback, and knee push-up dumbbell row. Training D has skater lunges with a dumbbell, hammer curl to burpee with a dumbbell row, medicine ball slam into burpee, and dumbbell thrusters.

The last training option E includes banded glute bridges, fire hydrants, and single-leg glute bridges with a band.

Although Pons is always consistent with her exercise routine, she once advised, “If you don’t like to work out, do something that doesn’t even remind you of working out. I went on Dancing with the Stars, and that actually helped me be able to like working out because I love dancing and it didn’t feel [like work].”

In the fitness journey, diet played a vital role. It not only helps you be energized the whole day, but it also allows your muscles to develop and your body to recover.

She also admitted that she had some bad food habits, “Coca-Cola every single day, chocolate every single night with milk. That’s what I used to do every single day.”

As for snacks, she consumed almonds and celery. She ate oat or cashew milk instead of regular milk and avoided eating cheese and meat.
