WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair’s Workout Routine and Fitness Drills Over the Years
Fans don’t call Charlotte Flair “The Queen” for no reason. One of WWE’s biggest and most decorated Superstars, Flair is known for her record-breaking championship domination. Her elite fitness has always been a topic of conversation and a major part of her success- at WrestleMania shows and inside the ring.
During a 2015 Muscle and Fitness interview, Flair shared how she didn’t always want to be a wrestler, especially facing pressure as her father, Ric Flair, was a renowned wrestler. However, she was always athletic, which made it easy for her to transition to the sport. In terms of training, she did it all- CrossFit, running, bodybuilding, cardio, HIIT circuits, and cycling.
“I’ll cycle with an app where we do 20 seconds on, and 20 seconds off, or I’ll ride around the park. We’ll do pull-ups, dips, and push-ups before we start the workout,” Flair said.
“I was a gymnast when I was younger, and there is something to knowing your body, like how to hold it and balance,” she said during the Muscle and Fitness interview.

However, things took a huge turn when she suffered a knee injury in December 2023. A WWE SmackDown match against Asuka took her out for almost a year.
During this time, she had to go through extensive rehabilitation and knee strengthening exercises. According to Men’s Health, she also focused on ankle mobility drills, such as one-legged hops and box jumps.
Behind each championship was a disciplined and intense mix of training and nutrition, keeping Flair at the top of her game.
What Charlotte Flair Eats to Stay Ready for Her WWE Schedule
Staying ring-ready all year round takes work, and no one knows it better than Flair. Her demanding schedule calls for a nutritious diet that fuels recovery, performance, strength, and endurance.
According to the same Muscle and Fitness interview, Flair’s meal plans are spaced out five times a day. “It’s all about portion control,” she said during the interview.
Her typical breakfast consists of oatmeal, followed by a lunch of cactus, steak, and two tortillas. She also opts for half a cup of rice with cucumber, lettuce, and a chicken side dish.
Another meal she enjoys for lunch is chicken and asparagus.
She believes in smart nutrition, admitting to constantly switching up her meal choices as per her requirements. She once switched from potatoes to tortillas to cut out the carbohydrates in that form.
Flair’s intense dedication to nutrition and training has helped her stay at the top of her game throughout her career. What was your favorite moment of Flair inside the ring?
